We need 27 volunteers per day for Saturday, September 3, Sunday, September 4, and Monday, September 5. We are encouraging both students age 15 and over and parents to participate.
This is a fantastic fundraising opportunity for us! Perks for volunteers include free entrance to the Air Show, free lunch, and a great time with other Pride of Mayfield families. As we get closer to that date we will forward more information to volunteers. Highland Heights Community Days - Saturday, July 23rd.
We will be running children's games from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM. We are encouraging students to participate as well as parents. This is a great fundraiser for the band. Plus it's fun too! Call Time: 10:00 am, students can be dropped off at the Gates Mills Elementary School near the bus loop in front of the school. Parking is not permitted in the parking lot of the school, or along the parade route. Carpooling is recommended to cut down on traffic. Pick-up: Students can be picked up at the conclusion of the ceremony, which starts immediately after the parade, near the polo fields. Students are required to stay until the ceremony has finished completely. Reminder that the parade call time today is 12pm at the Greens of Lyndhurst. The high school band room will be unlocked from 11:30 until noon to retrieve any forgotten items for the parade.
The pickup at the end of the parade is at Golden Gate Plaza. We highly recommend carpooling as both parking lots can get rather hectic before and after the parade, respectively. Thank you! SAVE THE DATE!! For dinner, that is!!
SUPPORT THE PRIDE OF MAYFIELD by eating dinner at Chipotle in Mayfield Heights on Monday, June 27th between 5:00-9:00 pm.
